The 2010 Freddie Allen Jr. Spring Games, Special Olympics Bronx Region

Under a hot and hazing sky, athletes from all over the Bronx congregated at Mount Saint Michael Academy for the 2010 Freddie Allen Jr. Special Olympics Spring Games. The day saw the inspiring competitive spirit in the 50 and 100 meter dash, Soft Throw, Jump and Motor Activities. Not eveyone won a medal in the day's hotly contested events, but all athletes lived up to the Special Olympics Oath, "Let me win, but if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt."
