This year's LA CASITA lineup honors poets Sonia Sanchez and Ntozake Shange, central figures in the Black Arts movement, and includes Legacy Women, Los Hacheros, Nkumu Katalay & The "Life Long Project" Band, Nano Stern, Vlada Tomova’s Bulgarian Voices Trio, Mardonio Carballo & Juan Pablo Villa, Darkmatter – Alok & Janani, Camonghne Felix, Luis H. Francia, Magdalena Gomez, Roberta Hill, Ayisha Knight-Shaw, Aja Monet, Roanna Shebala, with MC Baba Israel!
